Had a fantastic time in the Giorgio Vasari suite with the private sauna and jacuzzi, which made for a perfect relaxation spot after a long day. I also enjoyed an amazing foot massage and the soothing full body massage at the spa. Just a heads up, the sink in the main bathroom needs some instructions for proper use, but it didn't ruin our great stay! 😊

Couple’s luxury getaway gone wrong

The suite was amazing with amazing views, and Francesco was like some kind of concierge superhero that made everything feel easy and luxurious. He reassured us about the valet situation when we arrived, and even helped us book reservations over WhatsApp, taking service to another level like I’ve never experienced before.

Sure, it wasn’t cheap but you expect a lot when you pay those kinds of prices.

No hot water for three nights.

A true gem with stunning views of the Duomo, the Machiavelli Suite offered luxurious comfort for our family. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, and we greatly appreciated the helpful service from staff like Francesco. Dining at nearby places like Osteria dell'Oca gave us a taste of incredible cured meats and authentic local cuisine. However, I wish there was more seating available in the lobby for relaxing before heading out.

my stay in florence was excellent, but the donati luxury tower suites took it to another level. the room was stunning with a breathtaking view of the duomo, making our experience unforgettable. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily and enjoy the best parts of florence.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay in a gorgeous room with luxurious decor and a relaxing jacuzzi. The location was perfect for exploring attractions on foot. The staff provided prompt assistance and were very friendly. It felt like a lovely retreat. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home. We loved the stunning spa bathroom with its jacuzzi tub. Overall, a perfect experience!

The sink plug in the main bathroom is a hassle. It needs to be manually pulled out to drain, which could irritate some guests. Not to mention, the windows remain sealed shut, forcing us to rely on the AC for fresh air, which can be a bit stifling. Plus, the sauna could use clear instructions for use. I had to look it up online, which felt unnecessary. Lastly, when arranging airport transportation, cash was required unexpectedly despite being advised that card payments would work, leading to a bit of a last-minute scramble.

I stayed for 4 nights in the Gemma Donati Deluxe King Studio. The room was huge with an impressive bathroom, spotlessly clean, and everything felt perfect. The location blew me away. I walked to all major sites. Staff were exceptional. Sylvia and Francesco helped me with cabs and restaurant bookings. They were friendly and truly made my stay enjoyable. One minor drawback was the lack of complimentary bottled water throughout my stay. it would have been nice to have that available. Despite this, the staff’s kindness and the luxurious room made it unforgettable.
